Qualifying Conditions
Following conditions will qualify under Refund and Returns Policy:
If any of our Product failed to meet the quality parameter, such as -
Physically Damaged Product
Major Defects
Fitting issue
Delivered the wrong items/Size to the customer.
Product Lost during shipment.

In-Store Exchange
Alternatively, bring it back within 7 days of the purchase date to any of Live Shopping outlets to return the Product and exchange the desired one. (Note: if that similar Product is available on that specific outlet).
Please also note that, the value of the exchanged product should be of similar or higher value than the original product price. If exchanging for a higher value item, the purchase value difference must be paid.
Shipping Exchange
Alternatively, you can ship the product to us, and we will gladly provide you with the exchange product you desire.
Shipping Costs Policy
Free Shipping (We Cover Costs)
Please note shipping costs will not be credited. If:
- Delivered Damaged Product to the customer
- Delivered the wrong items/Size to the customer.
- Product Lost/Damaged during shipment.
Customer Pays Shipping
Otherwise, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Return Requirements
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- All original tags attached
- Securely repacked in original package
- Original invoice slip included
- All tags included with the package
Items that may be denied:
- Items that are opened or damaged
- Items without receipt
- Items returned after 7 calendar days
Important Time Limit
All returns must be processed within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
